Flip flops to be exact, and they come without straps.
These unusual slippers have a sticky surface that adheres to your feet so that you can walk or run in them. Leaves no sticky residue on the feet.
They can be worn in the shower or in the rain.
When the slippers are no longer gluey, wash them with soap and water and let them dry…the stickiness will then be restored.
Such slippers were introduced in Japan in 2006 as NuSan (ヌーサン).
