The New JET JJ-6CSDX 6″ Long Bed Jointer has the same features as the regular 708457K but with this Long Bed version you now have a bed length of 56 inches for a better control and more accuracy. For longer material the longer the bed length the better. You still have the 3 high-speed steel knives in the cutter head and these are the new Quick-Set style so changing the knives is very easy and fast.The power is delivered by the 1HP motor, 115V/230V pre-wired at 115V.
The fence is 33 1/8″ long and you also have the two way action, stops at 45 and 90 degrees. Exclusive front mounted tabale adjustment handwheels for quick, easy and accurate control. Heavy dusty one-piece steel closed stand with a built in 4″ dust port for efficent dust and chip disposal. Great new machine with longer bed and quick-set kinves for more accurate jointer operation.
