Pre-Fab Self-Assembled Disaster House

American artist and architect Gregg Fleishman has extended the idea of self-assembly to the buillding of temporary homes. Measuring 14′ square and 30″ high, this structure is made from sustainable European birch with phenolic resin finish on both sides. It is easy to assemble and no fasteners are required.
You will need to get your own insulated/waterproofed plastic canvas or other covering if you want to own this house. By the way, this house ships flat.

Concept looks good. Being a civil engineer I would look at the performance of this in bad whether. Has this been tested in adverse conditions?
BTW how many rooms does this have?
This looks cool. I would love to have one in my backyard!
Say goodbye to property taxes!
