A quick tip from a Japanese TV program.
Steps:
Part I
1. Roll eyeballs up and down -10 times
2. Left and right - 10 times
3. Diagonal - 10 times
4. Rotate - 10 times
5. Repeat steps 1-4 10 times
Part II
1. Look at your palm lines for 10 secs
2. Look away for 10 secs
3. Repeat steps 1-2 10 times
Do parts I and II daily.
