Garlic Protects Against Stomach And Colorectal Cancer
A review of garlic studies in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has suggested that garlic has protective properties against stomach and colorectal cancer.
An average intake of 6 garlic cloves per week, whether cooked or raw, reduced risk of both the cancers by half.
