During the annual meeting of the North American Association for the Study of Obesity, researchers presented some interesting results with the use of the omega 3 fatty acids from fish oils on obese women.
They studied 20 severe obese women with BMI over 40 who were on a very low-calorie diet. Those who took an extra dose of fish oils lost 20% more weight.
