Another of Cuisinart’s “next generation” of food processors, this is not as large or quite as powerful as the 14 cup model, but it will perform the same functions and is more than adequate for most families’ needs. The large feed tube means less pre-chopping and the dough blade and function ensure you get the perfect dough consistency.

Like its bigger sibling it has a new stream-lined design and a longer warranty than the original 11 cup Cuisinart, but is compatible with any 11 cup specialty discs or blades you may already own.
