How To Mend Broken Pieces Of Compact Powder
Rescue Method 1
Wrap the powder and it’s metal tray with a piece of a piece of stocking/pantyhose. Secure the loose ends at the back of the metal tray with strong tape.
This method is suitable for those two or three-in-one compact powders.
Rescue Method 2
Remove all the powder onto a sheet of cling wrap, then gather up the ends and crush the powder chunks with your hands until powder becomes very fine.
Pour the powder back into its case. Cover with another piece of cling wrap over the powder then use the bottom of a bottle (that is about the same size as the powder) to press it down very hard for a few seconds.
Pressing it down will help the compact powder restore to it’s original compressed state.
