Fashion Clothing That Protects Against Colds And Harmful Gases

A student designer and two fiber scientists at Cornell University have designed a dress that can prevent colds and flu that never needs washing, and a jacket that destroys harmful gases and protects the wearer from smog and air pollution. These garments are made of cotton fabrics coated with electrostatically charged nanoparticles. They were featured at the April 21 Cornell Design League fashion show.
